Game save files get created immediately upon using the save function in-game, config files get saved upon (?-changing configs might not be a good idea because you can completely break it if you accidentally change the player 1 controller to none, for example-that's probably a separate bug. I have seen that exiting through RetroArch's menu does work properly, but home-button exits should be supported or at least there should be a notification or warning about this. You can also find a option for saving configurations for each system, if you prefer specialized settings on different emulators. Instead of configuring which key or button your devices trigger which buttons in the emulator, youâre configuring which buttons on the virtual RetroPad, which you configured earlier, correspond to buttons within the emulator. The easiest way is to load up retroarch but not a game, change all the settings like you want them and THEN save the configuration file. ![]()
